Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for trialing and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
• Help customers optimize EngFlow products and ensure smooth adoption.
• Partner with Engineering to surface bugs, regressions, and feature feedback.
• Create and maintain docs to improve support and empower developers.
• Engage with community forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems; Bazel or Buck experience a big plus.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript).
• Experience in Linux/Unix with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
