Implementation Engineer - ERP Integrations

📋 Description

• Implement Canals-ERP integrations using templates and API credentials.
• Become ERP subject-matter expert on data, access, authentication, and configuration.
• Join pre-sale discovery to evaluate feasibility and ERP questions.
• Lead post-sale integration work: configure endpoints, run API tests, validate data flow.
• Troubleshoot integration issues; escalate to engineering when needed.
• Document integration steps and ERP nuances for internal and customer use.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in technical implementation, integrations, or customer engineering at SaaS.
• Customer-facing: manage implementations and troubleshoot with clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads.
• Experience with ERPs or strong desire to learn Eclipse, P21, and Infor.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical users.
• Excellent organization and project management abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership.
