Implementation Engineer - Technology Industry

📋 Description

• Own implementation workstreams end-to-end, from technical scoping and planning through
• Build and configure integrations between the platform and tools used by agencies and customers
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings, configuration requirements, and technical
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout implementation
• Identify and proactively communicate technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Understand customer and agency data environments, workflows, and pain points to help design

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery
• Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures such as Google
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver high-quality technical implementation work on complex
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical work, recommendations
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and other
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to rapidly evolving requirements and
