Implementation Enginner

📋 Description

• Primary technical contact for trialing and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex build-system issues.
• Help customers optimize EngFlow in their workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to surface bugs and feedback.
• Create and maintain internal and external docs.
• Engage with forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences representing EngFlow.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software dev, tech support, SRE, or dev-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows; Bazel or Buck/Buck2 a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Linux/Unix with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.
• Great communicator—clear writing and verbal skills; docs experience.
