Implementation Enginner

📋 Description

• Primary technical contact for trialing and existing customers to guide adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex build-system issues and environments.
• Help customers optimize EngFlow products within their workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering to surface bugs and feature feedback.
• Create and maintain internal/external docs to empower developers.
• Engage with communities via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in software dev, support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems, Bazel/Buck a plus.
• Proficiency in Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Linux/Unix with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes experience.
• Familiar with AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
