Implementation Lead, Brand Partnerships

📋 Description

• Serve as first-line solutions lead for brands and agencies in our marketplace
• Implement scalable systems: trafficking, QA, launch, delivery monitoring
• Build order management, campaigns, reporting, and billing workflows
• Maintain brand integrations: tracking, third-party, and more
• Build an AI-first outbound engine to drive demand and onboarding
• Onboard brands/agencies and troubleshoot quickly mid-flight

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ad ops, solutions engineering, or tech account mgmt
• Hands-on with campaign trafficking, tag mgmt, and third-party measurement
• Strong spreadsheet skills; SQL and scripting a plus; good data judgment
• Experience joining sales calls to answer tech questions and scope feasibility
• Ability to debug tracking discrepancies with agencies and spec tools with engineers
• Operational instinct: build scalable systems before volume exists
