Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansion projects.
• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live, with PM and product knowledge.
• Build and execute detailed project plans to ensure on-time deployments.
• Understand customers' scientific workflows to meet their business needs.
• Lead requirements/design workshops, data modeling, and UAT guidance.
• Train and onboard users on the Benchling system.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a lab or R&D setting; antibody discovery or process development preferred.
• Software implementation experience, preferably SaaS.
• Strong communication skills with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
