Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end installation and product implementation for new customers.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients to ensure smooth transitions from
• Oversee program rollouts, schedule milestones, and manage dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with contractors, facilities, and stakeholders for go-live readiness.
• Provide on-site and field support to ensure successful deployments in healthcare facilities.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience that drives long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional, customer-facing projects.
• Strong program and project management, with ERP and deployment coordination experience.
• Expertise in coordinating field teams, installation management, and site readiness.
• Technical SME for network/infrastructure configurations relevant to deployments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments across multiple sites with stakeholder alignment.
• Travel to customer sites as needed; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
