🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program coordination, solutions implementation, or PM.
• Change management in complex, distributed environments.
• Residential construction or homebuilding tech experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel; Texas field immersion monthly.
• Strong analytics: KPI tracking, root cause analysis, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication; translate between field, tech, and business teams.
