Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic client-facing implementations of Exiger's risk platforms for large enterprise clients.
• Guide onboarding, configuration, and go-live to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services to translate objectives into plans.
• Act as a process expert translating client needs into platform design and risk strategies.
• Develop and deliver supply chain risk frameworks aligned with compliance, resilience, and ESG goals.
• Document and continuously improve internal processes to streamline deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in supply chain ops, process optimization, and enterprise tech
• Data-driven approaches to risk management and mitigation
• Strong onboarding, risk assessment, and lifecycle management
• Proven cross-functional implementations with external stakeholders
• Synthesize complex supply chain data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CSCP/engineering a plus; SaaS familiarity
