Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer integrations from scope to go-live.
• Configure systems within CRM and supporting platforms to meet specs.
• Develop and execute delivery plans to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate IT, Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, training, and partners.
• Ensure go-lives with quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 4–7 years in implementation or project management
• Experience with external client system implementations
• Strong testing, QA, and UAT processes
• Experience defining and executing delivery plans
• SaaS/fintech/payments experience; insurance knowledge preferred
