Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation for enterprise accounts.
• Build scalable implementation processes to support growth.
• Operate with high autonomy; escalate only when necessary.
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations with launch timelines.
• Manage 1 direct report now, with headcount growth to 2-3 within 12 months.
• Set and own performance targets: on-time launches, implementation NPS, client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Implementation or Client Services for enterprise accounts.
• Experience in a backup care service preferred.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes independently.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable escalating and resolving issues without waiting for direction.
• Salesforce, Notion, Slack experience preferred.
