Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansions.
• Own rollout from kickoff to go-live with PM and product focus.
• Build detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.
• Understand customers' scientific workflows to meet business needs.
• Lead workshops; data modeling; configuration; guide UAT; train users.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding customers to Benchling Best Practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochem, biotech, immunology, or related field.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years in a lab or research setting.
• Empathize with scientists; explain complex concepts.
• Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
• Self-starter for a startup environment.
• Curious, creative, and tenacious; collaborate with teams.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Bonus: Benchling experience, especially as admin.
• Bonus: SaaS software implementation experience.
