Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead structured onboarding and deployment engagements in partnership with Customer Success, Sales
• Align enterprise stakeholders on platform setup, workflow priorities, and shared success metrics
• Document and hand off comprehensive implementation plans, capturing prioritized workflows
• Guide customers end-to-end through workflow design, discovery, process mapping, configuration, and
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements, aligning workflow owners, IT
• Develop documentation and forward-looking roadmaps that define how customers scale Asana AI usage

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and
• Proven customer-facing implementation or consulting experience leading structured onboarding or
• Experience deploying enterprise AI tools, AI-powered workflows, agent orchestration, or platform
• Demonstrated ability to guide customers through AI change management, building confidence and
• Track record of managing multiple enterprise workstreams and executive stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex customer feedback into actionable
