Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary owner of multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Lead kickoff meetings, translating objectives into a concrete implementation plan.
• Facilitate regular implementation sessions; navigate objections when warranted.
• Advise stakeholders, translating business objectives into AlertMedia programs.
• Guide projects to milestones and maximize product enablement.
• Ensure seamless IM-to-CSM transition and long-term customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a strategic customer-facing role (Implementation Manager/CSM/AM)
• Proven SaaS implementation and project management experience
• Experience navigating multi-national organizations and stakeholders
• Strong data interpretation and problem solving; attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce, Gainsight, and monday.com preferred
• Excellent cross-functional communication and advisory skills
