Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary owner of multiple concurrent customer implementations.
• Lead kickoff with objectives and a structured plan.
• Facilitate regular implementation sessions; address objections.
• Advise stakeholders; translate objectives into outcomes.
• Ensure visibility for the CSM during implementation and handoff.
• Partner with leadership, product, and operations to improve the implementation experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a strategic customer-facing role (IM/CSM/AM).
• 2+ years leading SaaS implementations with PM skills.
• Experience navigating complex, multinational orgs with competing priorities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility.
• Proficiency with Excel; Salesforce, Gainsight, and monday.com preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with CS, Support, Sales, and Product.
