Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansions.
• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live with PM and product knowledge.
• Build detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.
• Understand customers' scientific workflows to meet business needs.
• Lead requirements/design workshops, data modeling, configuration, testing, and UAT; train and onboard users.
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure adoption of Benchling Best Practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotech, immunology, or bioinformatics; advanced degrees preferred.
• 2+ years of lab/research experience; empathize with scientists.
• Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
• Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a startup environment.
• Curious, creative, and tenacious; collaborative with customers and teams.
• Travel up to 25% based on project needs.
