Implementation Manager - Bilingual (English/French)

📋 Description

• Manage initial rollouts and expansions for customers
• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live
• Build detailed project plans; ensure on-time, on-budget deployments
• Map customers' scientific workflows to Benchling solutions
• Lead workshops, data modeling, configuration, and UAT
• Train and onboard users; drive adoption and success

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, or related field
• 2+ years in lab or R&D; ideally antibody discovery or process development
• Software implementation experience, SaaS preferred
• Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives
• Self-starter; able to succeed in a startup environment
• Fluent or native proficiency in French
