📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from handoff to post-go-live.
• Become a Vesta product expert; configure and customize the LOS.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design, and engineering on solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk docs.
• Build strong customer relationships as trusted advisor and single contact.

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with exec, business, and tech stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing LOS; solutions consulting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, design, and engineering.
• Excellent project documentation and risk management skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and able to advocate for both sides.
