Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansions.
Own implementation from kickoff to go-live with PM, science, and product knowledge.
Build and execute detailed project plans; drive on-time, on-budget deployments.
Understand customers' scientific workflows; map Benchling to business needs.
Lead requirements/design workshops, data modeling, configuration, testing, and training.
Advocate for Benchling Best Practices and ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements

MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
2+ years in a lab/R&D setting (antibody discovery or process dev).
Software implementation experience, preferably SaaS.
Strong communication with scientists, IT leads, and executives.
Self-starter with startup mindset; collaborative.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
