Implementation Manager- Client Success

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients
• Coordinate data integrations with internal teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain implementation plans with scope, milestones, timelines
• Manage client relationships and primary point of contact during implementation
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Stay informed on industry trends and continuous improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the benefits industry; experience with TPA or PBM environments; medical PBM preferred
• Knowledge of claims processing, formulary management, rebates, benefit configuration, eligibility
• Experience coordinating implementations with TPAs, brokers, consultants, and vendors
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple clients
• PMP certification or similar is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

• Competitive base salary $90,000 - $120,000 per year
