📋 Description

• Technical integration ownership: Manage end-to-end API integrations with partners, from integration
• Detailed planning: Manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, plans with milestones, and
• Lifecycle management: Create rollout plans, set go-live criteria, define owners, track issues, and
• Stakeholder management: Align external and internal teams, communicate changes, and advocate for
• Process optimisation: Identify improvements and implement changes across product/engineering
• Feedback analysis: Gather partner feedback and assist Product Management with prioritisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of API integrations
• 5 yrs relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management or Technical Programme Management
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions
• Comfort troubleshooting technical issues using data tools
• Willingness to manage multiple projects without close supervision
