Implementation Manager (Field-Based), Dallas

📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of escalation for technology troubleshooting in the field; resolve daily
• Own technology onboarding for new Superintendents and trade partners; maintain mobile field app
• Translate field feedback into product insights in partnership with the Implementation Manager and
• Co-own Super adoption metrics in Texas with the Implementation Manager; diagnose root cause of
• Ensure the platform is generating reliable data to train AI models.
• Shadow Supers on new community schedules and iterate task universe and sequencing based on site

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, technical program
• Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption within field teams and achieve quantitative
• Experience in residential construction, homebuilding, or field operations technology is a strong
• Based in Dallas with weekly jobsite presence; future expectation of regular presence in Houston.
• Strong analytical skills including adoption metric tracking and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between field, technical, and business
