Implementation Manager, Healthcare

📋 Description

• Partner with CS, Product, Eng, and customers to ensure successful implementations
• Own technical onboarding from post-sale through production launch
• Configure integrations, workflows, call routing, IVRs, telephony, and healthcare platforms
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage testing, QA, and go-live readiness
• Build documentation and repeatable playbooks for deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in Technical Implementation or equivalent role
• Hands-on configuring integrations, APIs, webhooks, data mappings
• Own projects from discovery to production launch
• Strong troubleshooting to isolate and resolve complex issues
• Excellent written documentation and communication
• Builder's mindset—creating scalable processes
• Bonus: Healthcare platforms (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Experity)
