📋 Description

• Lead customers through initial Moveworks implementation and new offerings.
• Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change, and reporting.
• Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows delivering value.
• Provide change management best practices for adoption and readiness.
• Partner with Sales, partners, and customers to understand challenges and value delivered.
• Be the single point of contact to align deliverables with customer goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading SaaS software implementations for enterprise clients.
• Project management: scope, budgeting, estimating, and resourcing.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Able to propose technical solutions and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree; travel up to 25%.
