📋 Description

• Onboarding program design and execution for Moniebook POS.
• Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup.
• Deliver engaging live training for retail staff.
• Monitor adoption and intervene with at-risk customers.
• Build relationships and manage onboarding issues.
• Document processes and hand off to Account Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in onboarding, CS, implementation, or account mgmt (SaaS/retail).
• Must have NYSC completed or exemption.
• Proven onboarding track record for software platforms and product adoption.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
