Implementation Officer (Akwa Ibom)

📋 Description

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones and success metrics.
• Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup.
• Deliver live training sessions for retail staff.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and engagement; identify at-risk customers.
• Build trust with key stakeholders, be responsive and empathetic.
• Provide troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Product and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in customer onboarding, success, implementation, or account management (SaaS/POS).
• Proven track record onboarding customers to software and driving product adoption.
• Excellent communication and presentation; train diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; diagnose challenges and propose solutions.
• Customer-first mindset with passion for helping customers succeed.
• Based in Akwa Ibom State – Uyo and Abak.
