Implementation Officer (Delta)

📋 Description

• Onboard new retail customers to Moniebook POS with tailored plans.
• Design onboarding milestones and measure activation and adoption.
• Configure POS and workflows to fit each retailer's needs.
• Deliver live training for store staff (1:1 and group).
• Monitor usage, identify at-risk customers, and intervene.
• Handoff to Account Managers after onboarding with context.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or related roles.
• Proven track record onboarding customers to SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Customer-first mindset focused on outcomes.
• Highly organized, multi-project capable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
