🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in onboarding, customer success, or SaaS roles.

• Proven track record onboarding customers to software.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
\n
• Customer-first mindset with passion for helping customers.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
