📋 Description

• Onboarding program design & execution: tailor plans from signup to full use.
• Product setup: guide initial Moniebook POS setup.
• Training delivery: conduct live sessions for staff.
• Adoption monitoring: track usage, identify at-risk customers.
• Relationship building: establish trust with key stakeholders.
• Account handoff: ensure smooth transition to Account Managers after onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in onboarding, customer success, or SaaS implementation.
• Must have completed NYSC or valid exemption.
• Proven onboarding of customers to software platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Tech/Communications or related field.
