📋 Description

• Onboarding program design and execution from signup to full usage.
• Product setup & configuration: Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup.
• Training delivery: conduct live sessions (1:1 and group) on Moniebook features.
• Adoption monitoring: Monitor usage and adoption; intervene with at-risk customers.
• Build trust with stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
• Handoff to Account Manager with context and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in customer onboarding, success, or implementation roles
• Must have NYSC completed or valid exemption
• Proven track record onboarding customers to software and driving adoption
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology/Related field
