📋 Description

• Lead implementation projects for enterprise clients, managing onboarding lifecycle
• Capture and validate client requirements to tailor the product
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, configurations
• Build and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, risk assessments
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding—set expectations and updates
• Berlin office required 3 days per week

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, professional services, customer success, or PM in B2B/enterprise
• Strong project management skills; manage multiple implementations
• Experience with APIs, integrations, basic technical concepts
• Travel industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• CRM/PM tool familiarity (Salesforce, Jira, Asana); English fluent
