Implementation & Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead healthcare client implementations from contract execution through go-live and transition to
• Build trusted relationships with physician leaders, practice executives, operational stakeholders
• Establish implementation expectations, responsibilities, decision points, timelines, and
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, steering committees, readiness reviews, and other
• Translate complex operational, technical, contractual, and financial information into clear
• Influence stakeholders and secure commitments across teams without relying on direct reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, project management
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation management, client delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing implementations or complex cross-functional
• Experience building relationships with physicians, practice executives, senior leaders, clients, or
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive commitments across
• Experience managing several concurrent projects in changing or ambiguous environments.
