Implementation Project Lead

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects, supporting clients from the final stages
• Develop and maintain project plans, coordinate timelines and dependencies, monitor progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, lead client meetings, establish
• Partner with internal clinical, product, and technical teams to resolve implementation challenges
• Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions for surgeons, clinicians, administrative staff, and
• Use tools such as Monday.com, Confluence, and Claude to organize projects, streamline workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience implementing SaaS platforms or other health technology solutions, ideally
• Demonstrated success managing several implementation projects simultaneously, delivering on
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Monday.com and the ability to maintain clear
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and improve
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) integrations and interoperability standards such
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing
