Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own the client experience throughout onboarding and maintain proactive communication.
• Meet onboarding KPIs: 14–21 day launches, 90%+ CSAT, and error-free deployments.
• Own and maintain the client's onboarding plan from kickoff to go-live.
• Direct the Launch Technician’s daily workload and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage the contact data import process from file gathering to client review.
• Complete compliance requirements on the client's behalf promptly.

Coordinate MLS approval and design requests, translate requirements into client-facing guidance; identify at-risk accounts early; partner with leadership to improve processes and documentation; other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management, onboarding, or customer success in SaaS/real estate tech.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and quick tool-learning.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects on tight timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a client-first tone.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; prioritize based on urgency.
• Able to identify patterns across accounts and adapt quickly to changing needs.
