Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own the implementation project plan with milestones, owners, and dates.
• Be the day-to-day client contact during onboarding; provide status updates.
• Drive client-side execution: OAuth, API keys, Google Sheets templates, Snowflake/BigQuery invites.
• Translate the Solutions Engineer's findings into plain-language client communications.
• Act as the operating system coordinating onboarding across CS, Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
• Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, next actions, and blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of client-facing PM or technical program mgmt in B2B SaaS, marketing tech, analytics, or data platforms.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Proven track record running kickoff calls and status updates with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage many parallel workstreams with plans, status updates, or checklists.
• Comfortable partnering with SEs and Data Engineers; translate findings for non-technical clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English; extensive client-facing communication via email, Slack, Jira, and Notion.
