Implementation Project Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead assigned implementation projects through delivery, using established methodologies, quality
• Own scope, timeline, milestones, and RAID (risks, actions, issues, dependencies) for assigned work
• Report status, risks, and decisions clearly to clients and leaders; escalate early when commitments
• Run routine forecasting and ACV hygiene tasks assigned to the role (scheduled vs. unscheduled work
• Improve templates and playbooks with practical feedback from the field.
• Give informal coaching to less experienced PMs or coordinators.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organization; manages multiple active projects or large workstreams.
• Works independently within established policy; sound judgment on when to escalate.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client calls.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methods and reporting.
• Comfortable with internal tools with training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent
