Implementation Project Manager- IPM 1

📋 Description

• Manage outbound calls and emails with U.S.-based corporate clients
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide outstanding customer experience
• Support logistics tracking and operational workflows
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality standards
• Drive the end-to-end execution of the PP/Project workflow from kickoff through closeout

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, planning, scheduling, logistics support, or similar
• Experience handling client escalations
• Strong customer management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2+ English required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience is a plus
