Implementation Project Manager Ops

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end project delivery: Coordinate complex projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain project plans: Establish detailed project schedules, milestones, resource
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Facilitate collaboration among internal departments, project
• Monitor project performance: Track deliverables, deadlines, costs, and key performance indicators
• Manage risks and resolve issues: Identify potential obstacles, assess project risks, develop
• Oversee implementation activities: Coordinate resource allocation, change control, testing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of people leadership and/or project leadership experience, with a minimum of 1
• Experience managing projects involving large teams, multiple stakeholders, competing priorities
• Ability to develop project plans, track milestones, coordinate resources, manage risks, and
• Demonstrated ability to guide teams, influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills

• Annual base salary range of $64,400–$92,000
