• Act as the main technical point of contact for all implementation activities during client integration.
• Facilitate account setup and provide hands-on technical support for testing and pre-launch.
• Manage the merchant journey through integration until adoption and ramp-up.
• Troubleshoot complex integration problems and system configuration issues.
• Handle post-live communications with merchants to ensure stability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in system integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, webhooks) and data formats.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate tech terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex integrations in live environments.
• Strong time and project management to handle multiple customer implementations.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with databases and querying languages (SQL).
