Implementation Services Manager

📋 Description

• Own new customer onboardings and follow-on implementations for assigned accounts from kickoff
• Serve as a dedicated project manager for multiple concurrent implementations
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document client-specific business requirements
• Consult with mid-market and enterprise customers to design tailored implementation strategies
• Hands-on configure Risk Cloud applications to satisfy highly customized enterprise use cases
• Manage and track project delivery time and utilization data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, enterprise project
• Proven ability to manage multiple large, concurrent technical implementation projects
• Strong technical acumen and comfort with visual configuration work in low-code/no-code platforms
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable data tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management
