Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and training.
• Act as main point of contact for customers; lead weekly check-ins via Zoom.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
• Consult with customers to align with best practices based on workflows.
• Liaise between customer, wholesalers, and internal teams to configure software.
• Travel to customer sites to assist with rollouts and meet key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Preferred 1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the US for up to 75%.
• Excel and SQL skills a plus.
