Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and integration of Foresight software.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting timelines.
• Help customers transition to new software; address concerns.
• Standardize and scale systems, workflows, and playbooks.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive software adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Bachelors in accounting, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Required: Minimum 5 years in finance, fund accounting, or similar.
• Required: Demonstrated experience with fund accounting and finance systems.
• Required: Strong understanding of accounting principles; explain to outsiders.
• Preferred: CPA license strongly preferred; entrepreneurial experience.
