Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the implementation from kickoff to launch and activation.
• Partner with customers to define goals and success criteria.
• Collaborate across Sales, CS, Product, Operations and partners.
• Lead onboarding and time-to-value for customers.
• Establish plans, timelines, milestones, governance.
• Drive timely launches and accelerate adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 1+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or related role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
