Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead client implementations via the Lone Wolf platform.
• Develop project plans and coordinate conversions, training, and data setup.
• Onboard clients and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales support per guidelines.
• Escalate issues as needed and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain regular status updates on progress and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, training or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities.
• Experience with needs assessment and data-driven engagements.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and remote clients.
