📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor onboarding solutions.
• Integrate company accounts into the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze product performance and track onboarding metrics.
• Design onboarding workflows for new business customers.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve user experience.
• Work with product managers to define onboarding requirements and user stories.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 0-2 years in implementation, customer success, or similar, preferably B2B.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multi-project capability.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
