Implementation Specialist - Billing

📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding for Billing implementations with internal SMEs.
• Manage all onboarding phases and meet customer SLAs.
• Coordinate complete configuration within established timeframes.
• Identify and address onboarding risks; escalate as needed.
• Keep customers engaged and maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate training and handoffs to customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of ambulance billing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables concurrently.
