Implementation Specialist - PrivacyPro

📋 Description

• Lead PrivacyPro implementations from kickoff to go-live and training.
• Be main contact for customers pre-go-live; host weekly meetings.
• Manage multiple implementations with varying priorities and deadlines.
• Advise customers on configuration based on their workflows and processes.
• Liaise between customer IT, Data Analysts, Product and Dev for configuration.
• Maintain up-to-date plans, tickets, and docs; share progress with leadership; collect feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years client-facing experience; healthcare a plus.
• 2+ years in SaaS project management; new customer implementations.
• Experience leading mid-long term projects (60-120 days).
• Proficient with JIRA, Excel, G Suite, Salesforce.
• SQL queries/reports for EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication; able to work remotely.
