📋 Description

• Lead client transitions from existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite, ensuring smooth
• Serve as the primary client contact and subject matter expert on the Ncontracts product suite
• Conduct client training sessions via phone, web, or in person to support adoption and success.
• Analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and proactively consult and advise on best practices and
• Ensure client requirements and objectives are well defined, documented, and understood by the
• Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts’ project management system to keep projects on track

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years prior implementation or training experience required
• Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or
• Knowledge of Ncontracts’ solutions a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
