Implementation Success Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation from scoping to value realization
• Own discovery and scoping conversations to understand objectives
• Translate requirements into clear Statements of Work (SOWs) and define scope
• Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and terms in partnership with Sales and CS
• Ensure engagements are set up for success before any code is written
• Manage partner relationships to deliver to scope and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation in SaaS or CMS
• Strong background in scoping complex engagements and owning SOWs
• Experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or SIs
• Commercially aware with ability to balance customer outcomes and business interests
• Excellent stakeholder management, credible at senior levels
• Able to operate without a detailed delivery playbook and bring structure
